Stags/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform
costs, and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.

An additional 'administration fee' of £1,200 inc VAT will be payable
by the successful purchaser immediately after the auction. This will be
separately invoiced by Stags.

DIRECTIONS
At the A3052/B3178 Exeter Road mini roundabout, take the High Street
into Newton Poppleford and take the immediate first left signed posted
Venn Ottery Road. Continue along the road passing through Brooklands
Cross at about 0.5 miles before taking the next left down a newly
surfaced, un-named lane which shows "road narrows". The land is on the left hand side after about 50 yards and is entered by a short track to a field gate.
