If you need a property listing amended, please submit a request using the form on this page. You will be required to provide official proof of ownership, along with the property URL. Please note that factual information cannot be removed. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and contact you if further details are needed.
Takedown Requests – Step-by-Step Guide
If you believe a listing on PropertyAuctions.io should be amended or removed, please follow the steps below.
Important:
Not all requests will result in removal.
Factual information about a property will not be removed.
Step 1: Complete the Takedown Request Form
Please fill out the form on this page with the following details:
- Estate Agency/Auctioneer Name
- Email Address
- Property URL (the listing on PropertyAuctions.io)
- Your company website
- Additional information (e.g., why you are requesting removal or changes)
- Proof of ownership
Submitting the form helps us match your details with your removal request.
Step 2: Prepare Your Proof of Ownership Documentation
To process a takedown request, you must have a legal right to request removal.
We accept at least one of the following:
- Title Register (from HM Land Registry)
- Copy of TP1 or TR1 form
Without valid documentation, the request cannot be processed.
Step 3: Email Your Documentation
If you’re unable to provide a secure link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) containing your proof of ownership in the property, please follow the steps below instead.
Please email your proof of ownership to:
Include in your email:
- Your full name
- Your estate agency/auctioneer name
- The Property URL
- Any additional information or clarification
- Your proof of ownership documents as attachments
Step 4: We Review Your Request
Once we receive your form submission and supporting documents:
- Our team will verify your ownership
- We will review the property information
- We may contact you if we need more details
- We will decide whether the listing qualifies for removal or amendments.
Step 5: Outcome Notification
You will receive confirmation once a decision has been made.
If approved, the amendment or removal will be completed within 10 business days.
