we've learned that the repair of the damage to the apartment caused by the leak is due to start soon, and should be finished in February (apparently it has already started in the apartment next door). Solicitors are unable to provide replies to LPE1 Enquiries but do confirm that there are currently Service Charge arrears on the property. The total amount outstanding in relation to the arrears, costs and interest is £6,364. We confirm that these will be discharged by the seller, from the surplus funds, on the sale of the property.
