Not to permit any animals onto the graveyard and to ensure that dogs or other animals in the ownership of the purchaser or anyone associated with the purchaser are secured such that visitors to graves are not frightened or intimidated. D. Not to decorate or in any way interfere with any gravestones or monuments and to keep the graveyard and all walls gravestones and monuments in good and tidy condition such that access for visitors is not obstructed or interfered with. The purchaser shall monitor the condition of the gravestones and monuments and consult the vendor if any represent a safety risk so that permission and instruction on remedying any problem can be provided. The purchaser shall also agree to adhere to the Church in Wales’s faculty regulations under the control of the Diocesan Court for any works to alter or move gravestones if required to do so by the Vendor and to be bound by its decision or any decision of an appeal court.
